I ship for free with tracking to verified Listia address. I know it looks black in picture, but it is a dark blue (navy). I only ship to USA, but have not been able to remove Canada from shipping info. Sorry.

The straps are about 12 inches from handbag to middle of strap. Fits very well on your shoulder and hangs about to my hip. Just the way I like it. Hope that is the same for you.
