To ship via usps international in a padded flat rate envelope would cost me about $20 roughly. so yes I can ship for free but I would have to ask for a significant amount of credits to compensate the high shipping cost. The listia of official rate is you can buy 28,350 for $10. double that and that is 56,700, which would equate to the cost if shipping. Plus what the item is actually worth. right now the highest bid is 721. So all together that is a maximum asking price of 57,421. So the answer is yes if your willing to pay the large sum if credits; Price negotiable, not firm, just a rough estimate.
