The listing, Men"s FOSSIL Watch has ended.

This a beautiful mens fossil watch. The watch has a small diamond at the 12 space on face of the watch. Unfortunately this is meant for men with a smaller wrist. It will fit a size71/2 to a size 8. It can be worn for dress or casual. It is awesome condition and it does run. It will have a battery in it when it is sent.

I do provide free shipping. But if you delivery confirmation it will cost you .80 cents to have this done. Alle my packages are sent 1st class and very well protected so you should receive them in great shape. BUT.....I am not responsible for what the Post Office does with the package once it leaves my hands. I am a trusted seller on Listia and want it to stay that way.. But if you do not receive it is not my fault. I keep receipts of all my shipments. and like I said once it leaves my hands I am not responsible if not delivered.
My feedback has been nothing but good. I try to ship as soon as I get your addy. If not I will ship within 7 days.

Just so you know listia rules says you are responsible for the package if it does not make it to the buyer you have to resend the item or give the credits back and thats why they suggest you have a tracking number it covers your butt

You cannot state that you are not responsible for safe arrival of the item or ensuring that items are delivered as described. For example, you cannot state "I am not responsible for this item once I ship it out". It is the responsibility of the lister to ensure the auction item gets to the winner.
