In other peoples defense there are 5000 + devices and not all of the apps allow us to read descriptions some can only see the item and price

Agree; but one also has to understand the sellers here are not some people sitting in a store and answering questions; every one puts in a decent effort to sell things that you are not using anymore; while working in an actual job. There should be consideration for the seller's time as well before making unreasonable demands and comments, especially when you do not have enough credits to overbid a current bid

In my defense- it took me 20-30 minutes to fulfill the request- just to know the requester did not have enough bids to bid on it- that's what prompted such a harsh reply
