I also use Parents Choice & Luvs. I'm thinking the boy cakes could be Parents Choice if not Mom to Mom but that's just my guess. I'm so sorry I make so many cakes for fairs and gifts the one thing I don't write on the tag is the diaper brand.

Love them! I also make diaper cakes, so far only as a hobby for friends showers. I've considered selling them and othr baby shower pieces but have no idea what to charge lol.....will be watching

can you please tell me how do you ship this? I made one once for my friend's baby shower and it was so well done that I was thinking on selling them too. But have no idea how to ship them without them being ruined during delivery. Btw, yours are so pretty and well done. keep up the good work. I have fanned you!

It's a little time consuming but I put wood dowels through the middles and then with thin ribbons I attach as much as I can by tying ribbon around the item and feeding the ribbon through the diapers and then tie ribbon to center dowel. You can use a knitting needle to reach the ribbons if you can't fit your hand through the layer. Also I use tiny dowel to attach things like blocks. Drill the block and glue a dowel in the hole and then stick it into the diaper roll. The shoe toppers I use the ribbon idea or just cinch the outer wrapping tight enough to hold them. In the pics above you can't see the ribbons holding the outfits on because I rolled the outfit and feed the ribbon through the middle of the outfit and then tied it to the center dowel. If you look close at the lion one for instance you can see the ribbon around the washcloth, bottle and mittens. Then I just pack the box with peanuts to hole it in place and with fingers crossed I ship it out. so far they have made it ok. :)

No wood. Are you asking about a base? The 2 Layers are doweled, banded and ribbon wrapped together and clear cello wrapped so you can just set it down and carry it as is.
