You're welcome. But as I mention above, if you meant sending the codes to your personal email, no, I won't do that. I only send them through the email provided here on Listia. Basically, if you win, instead of picking your name, you choose "No (nothing else needed)" which then sends it over to me. I then enter the codes and press "sent" after I send it to you. At which point, it's like any other auction - you acknowledge receipt of the "item", in this case, the codes; then you leave feedback.

Yes. If you win the Best Buy gift card and take that card via digital delivery, you can also choose a $5 Starbucks gift card or $5 McDonalds gift cars which will also be delivered digitally. If you want the BB card mailed to you, then you are not eligible for the free $5 card. I hope that answers your question.

@Kimmie - actually, there's another reason why a person wouldn't be able to bid on an auction and that is if s/he doesn't have his/her wings yet. (I just found this out myself from the comments on another auction.) In order to get those wings a person has to "Get your wings and fly! Users with the wings badge have received 5 positive feedback ratings, given 5 feedback ratings, listed at least 5 auctions and been a member for 20 days." So you were correct - it's not due to validation but rather it's the wings that matter - I thought it had something to do with a person's badges but wasn't sure. I say that b/c I don't have many people blocked and had it been someone who was blocked, he wouldn't even be able to leave a comment on my auction. So I knew it had to be a different reason. Anyway, mystery solved!

You do not have to be verified to place a bid, the only way you can not place a bid is your not bidding high enough or seller has you blocked. The auction may not show the highest bid

You're the second person to ask me that. I'm not sure what the issue is - I will look into it. But, the only thing I can thing of is if you are new, you might not be allowed to bid on premium auctions until you have earned certain badges. I'm answering this from the feedback's page, not the auction page so I can't see anything about you so if you're not new, please don't be offended by that. I can't tell but I will try to find out.

And as far as Halloween,my son is grown now but when he was young we'd go to more crowded nice neighborhoods( mostly because we only had 3 houses near us,out in the country at our last house! Lol!, We even still kept going back there after some years here! The people were so nice!They had a bunch of very cool haunted houses there , one was a family that did a whole play! (Dressed as Zombies! ) I sure do miss those days!! It was so much fun!!We took one of my son's friends onetime and he just was amazed!! The people were so generous and really went to extra mile! Either with entertainment (Giant plastic spiders dropping down as the kids went to knock on the door- they usually landed on me! Haha!) , some did give out coupons to fast food restaurants, some gave out coupons for Friendly's ice cream , or movie tickets for the kids, one did pencils, very useful! But not notebooks and crayons!

Thank you Listerena - I will fan back! Make sure that if you win, you become a Best Buy member because you'll get a $5 coupon in the mail that you can use. You get one for every $100 you spend. It's not much but hey, every little bit counts right? For Halloween, I've taken to giving out school supplies instead of candy and while a lot of people thing that my house would get egged - my house is actually the FAVORITE in the whole neighborhood! I put in a notebook, crayons , pencils, pens, erasers, and of course, some fun stuff too. But it's 1. My way of fighting childhood obesity and 2. Something different. And you know what - the kids LOVE IT! A couple of years ago our local grocery (HEB) had swim floats on sale for $0.11 OMG! I bought every single one they had - spent ~$40. Saved $495! Scanned in my receipt and put it on FB and said "Take that you coupon b******!" LOL - This year I got my crayons there - 34 count - for $0.25/pack. And Staples I got composition notebooks for $0.50 but had a coupon good for $25 off my entire purchase. So yeah -coupons are important. And last year, I had a TON of kids say they remembered and liked my house and one kid say he needed a new notebook. I'm fortunate and live in a nice neighborhood - but there are some iffy apts not too far away so the parents all bring their kids over here to trick-or-treat b/c it's safe, just the right size and they get good stuff. And even both the kids and the parents remember and like my house. Makes me feel good to do some good for some of these kids! :)

Lol I did read all of the rules but it's been like a year since and Listia changes the rules. Ie. Coupons use to be allowed but not anymore because it's against manufacturers terms.

Oh - that was written in the sarcasm font. And to your point, the rules change constantly and without notice and on a whim. So I've essentially given up trying to remember them. I got yelled at recently for adding "rules" to my auctions. Like over 3/4th of the people do - guess it was my day to get singled out. It's "ok" to say I'll invite you to my block party but NOT ok to say if you do x I will block you. <insert rolling eyeballs here> So in other words, you have to be unclear and mince words. Clarity and being straightforward with what you mean is apparently, against the rules. I wonder if promo codes are allowed...(this week). Will have to check.

Well, I am not 100% sure that's why he couldn't bid on it but that was the only thing I could think of as I'd had a couple of people email me with the same issue. So I think you have to be verified by more than just FB -but that is just a guess. One would have to actually read all the rules and I mean, who does THAT???? LOL!

I'm not sure what you mean Bobby - I see bids on it. It may be that you aren't able to bid on it yet b/c you don't have the necessary badges. Check with Listia to see if there are certain badges needed to bid on a premium auction. I looked at your profile and right now, you only have the one verification badge. I think to bid on Premium Auctions, you need to be verified in more than one why but I'm not sure. Contact Member Support (scroll all the way to the bottom on the right) and ask them but be sure to copy the URL for this auction first as they will ask for it. Good luck and let me know what you find out - I'm curious!
