This is absolutely stunning! 100%cotton, size small. Very versatile as it can be worn at night or on the beach or during the day with heels or sandals! It is a light, flowing, soft comfy cotton material. There is a ruffly flounce on the bottom. I bought it in a boutique in NYC but never wore it and I paid way too much for it! My loss is your gain!

It is hard to measure because the top is opened, it is triangled material over the bust. I measured the elastic under the bust and it stretches to 36". I hope this helps. Thanks!
