Forgot to ask, yet - is it region locked?

As of I know I did some research and it does not say region lock, I tryed website ' https://steamdb.info/app/104900/ ' if there is a way to view please reply :)

The only way I saw while searching was to try to add it to your library - the confirmation screen tells you if it's locked to a specific region and that you can only play it there. If you personally bought it in Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Georgia (the country), Kyrgyzstan, Kazakhstan, Moldova, Republic of Tajikstan, Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan, Ukraine, or Russian Federation, it's restricted there. There's other countries too - South America, probably the whole continent of Asia, etc.

OK thanks, I looked and there's nothing saying locked or region lock so safe to say it allowed anywhere. Bought it in usa/Johnstown/PA ' pennsylvania '
