Thanks for your interest and asking. I am hesitant to assign it specifically to WW I or II, although I acquired it with several 4th Liberty Loan pinbacks from World War I. Sorry I cannot be more definitive, however, I don't want to mislead. I've tried searching the web without results, which may be due to my terms (is it a banner, flag, etc.?).
