Questions & Comments
Nice lot sweetie! You might want to change your title/descriptions before you get any bids. It's Murano, I think people will find them better, but I also think you should describe these as lampwork, not Murano. Murano is the Italian art glass, generally more like the millefiore or caned type of glasswork, or sommerso silver or gold (silver/gold flecks in the glass).
Also, 5pc might be a difficult keyword, it won't show up in searches for 5 or five. I would just say five Euro or European charm beads. I think those are more common search words for people looking for these.
Also, I've stopped using the "custom" categories (yours is in the Euro charm custom category. I've found that just using the normal categories seems to get more action. I still put my Euro beads in the "jewelry/bracelets" category.
Those darned custom categories have gotten tricky on Listia. When you relist, you have to click on the link below the subcategory to get it to switch back to the standard subcategories. When I've been relisting, a lot of times the subcategory remains blank unless I fill it in each time, but that might have changed lately. I just think it's safer to use Listia's standard subcategories, more people search by looking at the entire category.
Oh, dear ... you've GOT to use a strategy, which should include ensuring you have the keywords in your listing to attract people who might be searching for a specific items, and putting them in the correct category. I frequently look at all the listings in a specific category, but don't usually think to look at the subcategories (usually they don't have many items in them). Listia may add subcategories, but for the moment I think it's MUCH more effective to use the standard subcategories that people are accustomed to!
Also, these are RED !!! A popular color particularly with Winter and the holidays coming soon. Be sure to describe each lot of your beads as completely as you can ... the more info, the better! I've got a bunch of Euro bead lots to list too, just haven't gotten around to it, but each lot is a color theme and I always put that in the headline.
Lots of people also love floral designs, so I would update your title and description to say they are red, glass, with flowers, floral, florets, etc ... get ALL of those words into your listing. You just never know what will bring in the bids ... try to cover all the bases!
