This is a practically new, silver tone, adjustable band (currently approx size 7), Jade/ Gold, blinking/ flashing LED light party ring with working battery (and power guard still attached).I bought it on a whim a little bit ago, and have done nothing more than show my daughters how cool it is. Lol!
To operate, just remove the power guard ring and twist top clockwise. To stop the lights from flashing, just twist slightly counter-clockwise. Replacing the power guard ring is totally optional. Yet, reccomended to prevent it from accidentally being turned on and causing pre-mature battery power loss.
