New, had it stored in it's box. I had an accident wound many years ago and this was great for holding bandages in place, and many can use it fir disability reasons as well as cuffs in sewing. Measures 3-3/4 inch wide Can be used for prosthetic use too. UN-stretched, but box says it's 4 inch. Nice soft cotton jersey, EASY wash and returns to normal size. I love it for covering rolling pins, keeping medication on a limb, like arm or leg, keeping legs warm in winter as well as arm protection in summer sun! Super for out door workers! This is white as shown; maximum stretch width is 24-25 inches! Then it pops back into shape! Also good for crafts, making white snow men, little hats for dolls and babies! Just roll it over, tie a pretty ribbon on top and voila! a baby hat!
