Delicate looking but pretty and no chips or cracks

10" WIDE across fluted edges

oh yes it would definitely fit in Regional C but like you said, if I ship in Regional C to California from Florida it will be outrageous!! I estimated it high because I don't want the winner freaking out on me if they are in Oregon and I only estimated sending to Georgia from Florida. You know what I mean....But not everyone one on here get it....lol

He found a litle tiny itsy bitsy lizard that had gotten in he was holding it in his hand and I said I'd put it out the girls (Fur BABIES) wouldn't eat him and he said, "no, he's alright. I'm going to train him." so there he still stis with baby lizard in his hands cupped over it!! He's so funny!

Believe me I have a USPS acct and have all the different kinds of Free shipping boxes.
I estimated this by shipping from FL to MONTANA - I used a far away zip as I could so there wouldn't be any surprises. NO THIS VASE woULD NOT FIT IN A FLAT RATE MED***WOULD NOT BE PROTECTED FROM DAMAGE>
