This is a brand new toning belt that has never been used. According to the manufacturer, this belt can be used on the Abdominal area, Lower Back, and Upper Arm muscles. They note that wearing the belt 10 minutes is like doing 600 push-ups. They note that the device is wireless, easy to use, can be worn pretty much everywhere, and includes a stretch belt that fits most body types. Belt is made in China.
