Lot of 2 new Air Plus Heel savers one pair so there are 2 in each pack for a total of 4 inserts between the two packages. Fits men's shoe size 7-13. "Instant comfort heel spur relief." Custom gel cushioning system. No insert for heel spur relief or you can put an insert in the gel for soft comfort (orange) or use the blue insert for active performance.

They are new however there is an area where you can touch the blue and orange inserts and they are a little dirty but can easily be washed with warm soapy water.
