If auction goes for over 60,000 credits or if you win more then one auction and total of auctions combine equal over 60,000 credits. (ie example: you won and auction for 40,000 credits and another for 20,000 credits. That would equal free shipping for the items you won) otherwise winner will pay exact shipping.
