"The New Me" Program by Gayle Reichler. The author is a very popular nutritionist & lifestyle coach in Australia (runs a weight loss spa, similar to Biggest Loser I think). This is a very comprehensive box set that has a 3 books, recipe cards, motivational cards, shopping list, etc. It was purchased by a friend of mine - the receipt in here shows she paid $225 for it about 6 years ago, and never used it. (Please don't ask me about it - I haven't used it). May be a bit tattered around the edges from storage, but is brand new, and most of the components are factory sealed. Will save someone a lot of money if you were thinking of investing in a program like this.
