a pink purple and white tutu!!!

it has a elastic waist band with purple ribbon fastened to the ends so you can tie it around her little ones waist. the length is 7 inches (which on my 16 month old who is 30-31in tall it goes to her knee about) waist size- fits my daughter who is 23 lbs without stretching the elastic and with plenty of ribbon room also.

the colors are a little brighter then this in person this was taken with my phone. sorry :(

would be great for any little toddler to wear and dance around in!
