Always a pleasure trading with you ..i have been wearing these 3 weeks now, along with walking and eating right i have lost 6 lbs and 2 inches ...i do not sleep with them...i do not take showers with them i put them on socks sneakers or since it has been hot i have worn them with sandals flip flops so far so good ...i have emailed seller yes the same pair are worn daily,,,my only problem was finding them after i took them off so now they have there own little box... many blessings
