I bought two identical pair online, one navy blue, and one khaki, the navy fit perfect! the khaki are too big. so i would say the 4 runs big to me on these.

they have never been worn. literally pulled out the bag, washed, tried on, and hung up in the closet.

Thanks! The Navy Pair fits soo cute as well. They are not high waisted and super comfy. These just weren't true to size. I would say they are around a solid 4 or even a slim 5/6.
