Very soft, comfy and pretty maxi dress. Chevron tie-dye motif. It has braided straps and a slight padded bra. XL 15-17 is a junior size, so its going to run a bit smaller than womens...... its about the equivalent of a 14 womens

The material is slightly stretchy, the bodice is stretchy. The measurement is 16 1/2 ins. I hope this helps. :)
