Yes you can get your credits refunded but it takes a couple days before you can request a refund then an addition 5 days to a week, Most people don't like having their credits tied up for over a week for something they are not getting.

* Also if they do happent o reply to your dispute it can takean addition 2-3 weeks for your credits to be refunded. I have one dispute take a little over a month to refund credits. Its usually safer just to stay away from Auctions where the seller refuses to respond to any questions or verify anything on their account.
