It's strait talk prepaid but u can use for any service provider just need a Sim card if you use a different service on it. If you use straight talk u don't need a Sim card

Yes as far as I know it is I know you can for sure use it on straight talk and Verizon prepaid accounts

If you are wanting to use this phone threw straight talk or Verizon you will not need a Sim card at all just go buy your minute card and dial #611 and add them and the phone will be on and working
