The listing, USB Compact Numeric Keypad, IBM KU-9990, Cross Platform for PC, Mac, Unix, etc., As-Is has ended.
It shows on the back as Model KU-9990 made by IBM. It has a stand on the bottom top that folds out if you want the keyboard to be angled rather than flat on the desk.
I had this laying around and someone might as well put it to use.
Plugs into available USB port, this requires 100mA to work. I have used it on desktop USB hubs and on main USB ports of portable computers and it always powered up, but I suppose if you had a lot of things in a USB hub you might need to move to a main USB port.
I cleaned off the dust, took pictures and plugged it into my USB hub on my desktop mac which also serves a headphone adapter, external mouse and my iPhone and it worked fine — I was able to type in the number portion of my password to log in and then I was able to type in a zip code in a webpage form.
The cord is a bit longer than 34” from the tip of the USB male plug to the end of the keyboard itself!
That’s all I know about it, see the pictures please for more detail.
Please make sure this will fit and work with your device/s before you place your bid!
