14" across waist, laid flat

38" overall length from shoulder to hem

Great preowned condition. Shows minor signs of wear / wash. Unattached string belt loop on one side. A white deodorant mark on the skirt from try on. Will wash to see if it comes out. Look for update.

All of my items come from a smoke free but pet friendly home. It is common sense that all clothing will need washed upon arrival.
