It has come to my attention that there are claims of not receiving auction item(s), even WITH tracking!!
I mail/ship every auction myself from my local USPS and I'm 100% positive that it was mailed. If your item was never received then it is the fault of the USPS and not myself.
I will not return credits or refund credits for this reason. I absolutely will NOT refund credits for items WITH tracking.
No exceptions.
