Usually right in the beginning before bets are placed is fine, up to each Listian if they want but when the auction is almost over, people might set up alarms when it ends so they can snipe it. Plus, since it's less than 2 days it's not even physically possible. I hope this explains the rules. It's ok I was new once too to Listia:) it's better to ask and be informed than be surprised by something later.
