This is a really nice dress for the holidays for 12 month old. I bought it from R US but the baby never got a chance to wear it. She was too big by the time Christmas came along. So don't buy it for a 12 month cause she was 13 months and wasn't wearing 12 month by then. I would say if your baby is going to be 9-10 months old in Dec. this would probably be good.tags are still attached. if you get a Christmas cap, and maybe some white tights she would have a lovely picture for Grandma and Grandpa :)
