Absolutely gorgeous plus size Gothic skirtit is by midnight velvet size 3X-Womens (NO jr size stuff here) It is a $69.99 Skirt!
Ok....For starters: the elastic in the waste has been stretched out :(
but you ladies are so crafty this would make a nice DIY project
the material is rayon, polyester
The waist measures 46 inches as it stands right now so if waist is 46" and/or above, this will fit nicely around it is approximately 35 inches in length
it is absolutely gorgeous with black velvet trimmings red lace black and red floral pattern and design it still is a beautiful skirt by midnight velvet
