The listing, 1985 Nintendo NES Game System Console Original has ended.

Original 1985 Nintendo NES. I had several when I was a kid - and this was one. It was sent off for terminal cleaning, and then kept in the bag (seen in pic) since... well I remember playing in elementary school in the 90's. Comes with StarTropics Game. Console only. It was mine, bought new, and in working condition. Found it while cleaning out my room at my grandparents. It was in the game closet. Some wear, shown in pic. No known issues. If I can find any other power cords, games, or controllers I will just send them along. I cannot remember if I kept them or not. We will see.

"terminal cleaning"? I guess the "terminal" is clean but is that a chocolate candy smudge over the power button? (I can only assume it is chocolate?:)

Just pulled it out... and cleaned it off. I will revise the listing... comes with "Aged Chocolate..." then I couldnt list it since it has food... NVM. Yes, it was chocolate. And removed ;) Didnt catch that. Went over it... took pictures of the right hand corner mark... Yes - I would get a candy bar, and sit in front of it in the evening. Remember those days like yesterday.

Yes it did. It has been idle, in the bag, in a dry enviro for about 20 years.

Ok miss understood you, thought you just had it clean and tested it.
I dont know where I could get cords for it was watching cause my aunt used to have one long ago now she is bedridden and could keep her self busy playing games in bed.

If you got it clean and got back and check to see if it worked that means you got a cord with it and a game right, turning it on wouldnt you have to have the cords?
And to see if it still working right , you need to put a game in it, I would think.

. I had them. When my grandma died the house was cleaned out. I have boxes everywhere. I stated its condition. Last I knew and know it was idle for years. If I find the cords I will test. I am not buying new cords to test. I am not into retro gaming. I stated what I know. I'll take a lower bid for as is vs. Tracking down cords. Now if I find cords I'll include and test. I frankly do not have any other way to test. I have a DS and 360. Sorry if that doesn't work for you. I'll be happy to fully test and show pics if someone wants to get me cords and cables. ;)
