Description

The listing, Vintage Antique 1920s Pocket Watch has ended.

Up for bid is a really neat 1920s pocket watch! The watch was made by Standard USA. This is a vintage watch that I got from a WW2 American veterans estate by the mans daughter. Sadly the glass is missing but I know it can be replaced. The watch isn't working at the moment and I don't dare to mess with it. Also could use a polishing. I think its made of brass but I am not positive. ( Refer to pictures) Any questions please feel free to ask!!! As always FREE SHIPPING in the USA!!! No GINS sorry. Thanks so much and happy bidding!!!!! Adam

Yes I posted pictures of the gears and numbers and such. I don't know if its for a man or woman. I wouldn't be embarrassed to show off this watch in public!!!! Its old and must have been a well made time piece back in its day. Fanned and best of luck!!!!

If anyone wants to know what the thing is on the end of the chain its like when you're wearing bib overalls like in the good old days like you're grandpa you put that part in your little slit so when you put it into the watch pocket you don't loose the watch. Nice Auction.

I realize it is not running but do the hands move normal when you try to set the time by the stem/post.

Im sorry but I don't see Tyvm on the watch. Also I have researched it and described it the best I can. I am not an antique watch expert. Most of my information comes from other sources online....my focus is mostly WW1 and WW2 military items. Thanks and best of luck!!! Adam

Is this marked gold? What do the letters above the serial number say? I believe, in the 3rd. pic, it looks like there is either dirt, rust, or some gold has worn off. I am interested in this pocket watch. I hope you don't mind the question. Good luck. F & w. Pls. f bk, and look at my listings. T y v m.

Thank you! Fanned back also! The watch could use a good polishing like I said. There is some green corrosion on the chain and a little on the watch case. I think its brass due to no Karat markings. Hope this helps!!!! Its a beautiful old watch either way thou! Thanks a lot and best of luck!!!! Adam
