Love these unique plants. I saw an awesome succulent garden using cinder blocks on face book. I so want to win the wonderful plants to put in it. Already a fan, but watching.

It was posted my some of my friends on face book. They used open cinder blocks and stacked them at the corner of their home. They made it using layers with each layer smaller than the next and filled open holes with soil and planted the succulents in the holes that showed. Since some of yours are mostly house plants and couldn't tolerate cold weather I thought about putting in pots and setting the pots in the holes, then I could remove them without digging up and replanting. I could just take into house and return them back to garden in warmer weather. In cold climate you could use cold weather plants to replace them and therefore some type of plant would always be there and not just empty holes.
