Has a little water damage and phone charging port is broken that's why the shipping is free , will also come with a charger. But IT WILL NOT HOLD A CHARGE IF THE CHARGING PORT DOESNT GET FIXED. everything is reset , and you will need a sim card if you have a sim card put it in the slot and your plan will switch to the phone. Everything works except for a blurry selfie camera.

the add says free shipping, but your replies to others say local pickup. If you don't intend on shipping the change the shipping option to local pickup only.
