This is an iPhone 4 white in almost mint condition. There is very little wear at all. It has been kept in a case the whole time and was used very little by my mom. Everything works perfectly on it. My mom had it turned off before she deleted her account info so it will have to be deleted from the settings then you will have no problem setting it up to your own. It is from verizon so I'm pretty sure that's who you would have to use. May be able to set it up as a pre- paid if you wanted but I'm not sure. It does not come with a charger but those are really inexpensive and you can pick one up at almost any store. If there is a GIN then I will get a charger for you and ship it with the phone.
