This is a really old vintage tribal necklace I have had for years but never could unlock it's original origin. It is made of a silver type metal in infinity designed or figure eight designs links. There is no clasp-only one of the links is parted open for hooking and closing. It has a hammered circle design across the top, followed by hollow yet strong leaves that seems to have a gold wash on them. Then gemstones of various types like onyx, & I don't know the exact gemstones of the rest. The necklace is reversible with the exact same beautiful design. So the front looks like the back & vise-versa. My guess it is from India but I've yet to identify it. I don't know the metal content nor have tested but I did see a gemstone necklace similar sell on another site for over a Franklin. This is a heavy, really strong made necklace and in vintage condition. It makes sound so is sort of belly dancing type. Approximately 18.5" Free shipping to Listia verified customers.
