1. I do not refund for buyer’s remorse.
2. I will only ship to a Listia verified address.
3. Before leaving neutral or negative feedback I request to be given the chance to make both parties in the auction happy.
4. If you bid and win, you have seven days to provide the shipping costs and address where to mail the item or I will re-list the item and leave you negative feedback warning others. Then I will block you.
5. I do not readjust auctions.
6. I offer free shipping when I can. If the item does not have free shipping then I cannot offer it.
7. I absolutely do not ship until I receive the shipping payment.
8. Please keep in mind that you have 7 days from the end of the auction to provide the shipping address and payment for shipping and I have 7 days from the day you provide the shipping address and the shipping payment to ship the item.

10. I provide a tracking number on almost every item I mail out. If you receive your item and wait the full 20 days to click received, I will block you and probably leave feedback that will let others know of your bad business practices. If you’re not going to be able to receive it right away, just let me know.
11. I am always willing to work with you as long as the communication channels stay open. So please, any questions just ask. ( I have already heard the I or someone I know is sick bit a bunch of times, it is called a commitment and responsibility when you bid on an item. I will not veer from my good practices to allow for others bad ones. Please allow others with good practices to bid if your going to try an excuse.)
12. Our home is smoke free but, we do have a cat. The cat does not smoke either.
