Hey there Sunny! Only hardy to about 40 degrees :( I have my larger plant in a container so I can bring it inside where it winters nicely.
P.S. - My Philox has the most wonderful blooms!

I had several of those phlox and they are suppose to be mixed colors but so far just purple...
I know the hibiscus are gorgeous! I had 1 last year that got so big I had to move it this spring, I thought I might lose it but you know it never acted like it had been moved...This year they are tall we had so much rain they just kept growing trying to find the sun...
