The listing, Gorgeous Skirt size L has ended.

Very pretty skirt by "hypnotized", stretchy material, beautiful pattern, bold colors, wide waistband. The last pic is to show how wide it flares out at bottom.

Size Large

Approximately 35" from top to bottom that includes 4" length waistband. 15" from side to side but flares out as it goes down.

Tag is hard to read: 95% Polyester 5% spandex. Hand or machine was cold. Do not bleach. Hang to dry. Iron setting low. Made in Guatemala.

Used but in fantastic condition.

So it's 30" around waist not being worn. When I put it on it stretches to 39" and it looks like it could stretch to over 43". Hope that helps :)

What do you mean by stretched out? This skirt is in excellent condition, it's not stretched out, just very stretchy material. As far as if it will stay up or not I don't know. It seems like it would fit you perfectly at a 31 in but take that with a grain of salt. :) no prob ask as many questions as you like.
