Lime green background, silk-like feel - covered with bats - appears to be glow-in-dark material (but I didn't try it out). Except for original store cutting, piece appears uncut, unused, in great condition. Approximately 48" x 3 yards. Your choice for Halloween fun and creativity.

not vinyl, for sure - maybe a bit of cotton - the truth is, I don't know. Although the bats may have vinyl in them. I'm sorry.
