This electric candle takes 2 C batteries, the switch on the bottom gives you the options of off,on, or you can have it on when you set it down and goes off when you pick it up (pressure sensitive ). This was my great grandmas, I have no clue what the age is, It's definately got some years on It tho! Super clean, works great, batteries WILL be included! Has numbers on bottom.
