Vintage country western belt buckle.My husband bought this 30 yrs ago. May be turquoise chips in it--don't know. Brass is scratched."German silver" is stamped on the back. Will fit a 2" belt & has a "hook" for the clasp....cool belt...brings back memories of dating him when he wore cowboy boots & tight jeans...lol. From my smoke & pet free home. My dad would be about 61 now. I best he would have liked to have it but I wear his all the time so now I have a new obsession for belt buckles and I LOVE this one. Hope I win it but if not I bet your husband is pretty cool anyway haha
