Yes it comes with it. I couldn't tell if the cross was metal so I'm looking for a magnet. Might take some time. It certainly looks like metal but looks can be deceiving.

It's sort of like a business card case. It's plastic and folds over.

Couldn't find a magnet. My husband looked at it and said it looks like metal but it's light so he decided that it's probably plastic. Hope that helps
