The usps doesn't offer free tracking on first class mail in California anyways. I've asked and they told me tracking is an additional fee which is based on weight and destination. In the past I had offered tracking, but it was costing me )2.00 to $5.00 or more for tracking.

post office only gives you free tracking when you print off of the PayPal sight. Shipping is $2.04 which includes tracking
