This is a mcm, handmade, hand-stitched leather camel and rider. They were very popular in the forties. This one has some issues, the leather is very dry and some of the stitching has come loose in a few places. The leather has split as well, mostly around the hoofs and part of the armature is sticking out on one hoof. I included lots of pictures so you can get a good idea of the condition. It is still a very collectable, unique and interesting item, as they don't really age well without tender, loving care so you don't find many, even in this poor condition. Bid on it if you love it!
