The listing, Sterling Silver (stamped SS925) Heart Pendant With Real Diamonds has ended.

Up for auction is a used but in great condition Sterling Silver heart pendent channel set with about 22 small genuine dimonds (I would guess about 1/4 to 1/2 carats). It is stamped SS925 on it and is 7/8 inch wide by 3/4 inches tall from the top of the heart and it is just the pendant, no chain. Any questions please ask.

Sorry no. I have a diamond tester and I tested them and they test positive for being a diamond.
