what does business strike mean?

Business strike just means the coin in was minted for commerce meant to be dumped into regular circulation to be use for transaction. Unlike Proof Strikes that are minted for collectors. That being said a nice flawless business strike coin brings a higher price in the market than an equaly flawless Proof because the business strike is rarer to find in flawless mint state.-Jason
