No, not a stain. Ya know how some purses have that little cardboard thing in the bottom to help hold the shape of the purse?, the cardboard is gone so that's the glue type stuff on the bottom. I honestly didn't know it was like that. I guess if the purse was smaller I would have noticed it on there. Goes to show ya, I haven't used it or I would have noticed it was like that.
