Date issued September 17 1937 Note there is a tear on the upper left corner Had to been done when they sealed this as I have never had it out.

You are right I hadnt noticed that It must have been there since I got it,because I have never opened the plastic casing.Thank you for bringing this to my attention!I had to get a magnifying glass to see it as my eyes are not as good as they were once.LOL.
