VINTAGE / Antique - Regency Plate BONE CHINA Made In England plate encased in Brass Frame

front of plate reads : Cries of London Who'll Buy My Lavender

plate is very nice condition, with some sticker or other residue on back of plate,
brass is in fair to good, has a few minor dents in outer rim of brass, minor discoloring on front, paint or other defects on rear
probably can be cleaned up very nicely with brass cleaner

SIZE: approx. 12.5" across
