The listing, Dog Coat - Size Large - Gently Used! has ended.

Very cute fleece lined dog coat. Blue on the outside with silver paw on corner, inner fleece lining is plaid with blue/pink/brown colors. Used for only one winter. My dog doesn't seem to care to wear clothing. This was bought brand new from Petsmart! Very cute!

Im not sure of the exact length, but my dog is Gordon Setter mix and it covered all but her hips. She's a medium to large sized dog. I hope that helps...
